the place was pretty spacious and had two bedrooms with double beds which was a nice surprise. the modern decor made it look cool and fresh. There was lotsa storage for clothes if u plan to stay longer. location is on point, just a short walk to the docks. overall a good deal for the price we paid! reception staff were helpful too, which was a plus.

the apartment was dusty and there was no hand soap or towels in the bathroom. it took forever to warm up after turning on the radiators.

The appliances, including the television and side lights, were out of commission, making evening relaxation a bit of a challenge. Cleaning left something to be desired. dust and debris were noticeable in the hallways.

good location but noisy upgrades

The location is super convenient, really close to the center of Liverpool. My Standard Triple Studio had modern decor with fresh paint. It features a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a soundproofing option which didn’t work due to the loud bar nearby. The cleaning was solid, but that noise was a killer.

The room was spacious with a huge bathroom and a cozy living space, which made our one-night stay feel comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoyed lounging by the lovely pool and unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway at night, but it didn't ruin my experience overall. 😊

The location was great, just a 15-minute walk to concert square. check-in was frustrating. the email confirmed a 3 PM check-in, but we had to wait until 4 PM and one room wasn't ready until 4:30. The receptionist was dismissive when I showed her the email. We also found discrepancies in room arrangements. one bed was made of two singles pushed together, and we requested an extra quilt which was unavailable. the facilities need attention. the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and there was a lack of adequate kitchen supplies. Our overall experience was marred by these issues but the rooms themselves were decent.

Spent a night here and the location was perfect, just a 20min stroll to the city center. The bedding and bathroom were super clean, which I really appreciated. The snack bar had some cool munchies, but parking was a bit of a pain to sort out. it's a solid place if you wanna be close to the action.
